Ageing Clay

Tiger Tint Ageing Clay is specially formulated to crack on drying when applied correctly. It is formulated with natural clay and resins and can be coloured with tint or paint. The product can also be used vertically or horizontally. When the desired effect is achieved, it is advised to seal with the uniquely formulated, high-resin Tiger Tint Water-Based Stain Medium, which comes in gloss or flat. This technique will preserve the desired look permanently.

Peeling Paste

Tiger Tint Peeling Paste is a unique product, producing a finished result that is an entirely natural and replicates extremely old, weathered paint. It is ideal for ageing and creates an effortless weathered paint look on any surface. This product can be tinted and used horizontally and vertically. It requires Tiger Tint Ageing Clay as a primer, and when the product starts to activate, it will begin to peel dramatically and pull away from the surface. When the desired level of peel/ageing is achieved, seal with Tiger Tint Water-Based Stain Medium to finish.

Seal & Reveal

Seal and Reveal is specially formulated to be applied to non-porous surfaces. It acts as a protective barrier that allows you to paint any effect onto a surface without permanently changing it. You simply brush it on, apply your non-permanent paint effect and then peel it off when you're ready to go back to the original surface. This technique is most useful on hired set pieces, vehicles or other valuable items that are in need of colour change or general ageing.
